Cirrden Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to use Cirrden. You must give accurate information when you sign up, keep your login credentials secure, and not share or sell your account. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

You own what you create. Uploading to Cirrden does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

By posting, you give Cirrden a license to host, store, display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform, so the product can actually work: showing your videos in feeds, your posts in Circles, your thumbnails in search. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that exist in backups for a limited period or in content other users have lawfully paid for.

You are responsible for your content. Only upload what you created or have the rights to use.

The following content is prohibited everywhere on Cirrden, including public videos, clips, Circles, playlists, and paid or private content:

• Sexually explicit or pornographic content. Cirrden does not support adult content, anywhere on the platform, free or paid.
• Content that sexualizes or endangers minors in any way. This is reported to authorities.
• Illegal content, or content promoting illegal activity.
• Hate speech, harassment, threats, or incitement to violence.
• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Spam, scams, deceptive practices, or impersonation of any person or brand.
• Malware or anything designed to harm Cirrden or its users.

Enforcement. We may remove content, issue warnings, suspend, or permanently ban accounts depending on severity. Sexually explicit content, content involving minors, and illegal content result in immediate removal of the content and a permanent account ban, with no entitlement to a refund of subscription fees and no payout of unpaid earnings derived from the violating content. For less severe violations we generally warn first, but we are not required to.

If you believe we removed your content or banned your account in error, you can appeal by contacting support@cirrden.com.

If you believe content on Cirrden infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@cirrden.com with: identification of the work, the location of the infringing content, your contact details, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized. We remove infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Monetization. Creators can earn through subscriptions, paid Circles, playlists, and other monetization features. Anyone can create and monetize from day one, subject to these terms.

Platform fees. Cirrden charges a platform fee on creator earnings based on your subscription plan. The current fee schedule is published at cirrden.com/pricing and forms part of these terms. Fees are deducted automatically before earnings reach your wallet.

Payouts. Payouts go through our payment partners to the account details you provide. We may require identity verification before releasing payouts, and the law sometimes requires it. Verification requirements and payout timelines are published in the Creator Studio.

Taxes. You are responsible for your own taxes on your earnings.

Earnings integrity. Artificially inflating views, subscriptions, or engagement (bots, engagement farms, self-dealing payments) is prohibited and forfeits the related earnings.

Subscriptions. When you subscribe to a creator, a Circle, or a plan, you get access for the period you paid for. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. If a subscription is not renewed, access ends after the billing period plus any grace period we provide.

Payments are final. Except where the law gives you a right to a refund, payments for digital content and subscriptions are non-refundable. If something went wrong (you were double-charged, the content was not delivered), contact support@cirrden.com and we will make it right.

Chargebacks. Filing a payment dispute instead of contacting support first may lead to account review or suspension while we investigate.

Your Cirrden wallet holds your balance for use on the platform. It is not a bank account, it earns no interest, and it is not insured as a deposit. Wallet funding and withdrawal options depend on your country and are described in the product. We may freeze wallets connected to fraud, disputes, or legal requirements while we investigate.

Do not scrape Cirrden, reverse engineer it, abuse our APIs, probe our security, create accounts in bulk, or interfere with other users' use of the platform. The Cirrden name, logo, and product design belong to us. These terms give you no license to use them outside the platform.

You can leave any time. Delete your account in settings. Deletion follows the 30-day window described in our Privacy Policy.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create legal risk, or harm the platform or its users, as described in section 3.

Cirrden is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it available and safe, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for content posted by users. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amounts you paid Cirrden in the six months before the claim. Nothing in these terms removes rights that the law in your country does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you live in a country whose consumer protection laws give you mandatory rights or a local forum, those rights are unaffected. Before any formal dispute, contact us first at support@cirrden.com, most issues get resolved that way.

If we make material changes, we will email you before they take effect. Continuing to use Cirrden after changes take effect means you accept them. The latest version always lives at cirrden.com/terms.
